These terms govern use of the website mellow-osprey.shop and purchases or bookings made with House of Mellow Osprey at 5 Canal Road, Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv, Israel.

Content on this site is informational. Prices, stock, and class seats change. A contract forms when we confirm your order or booking in writing (including email). We may refuse requests that exceed capacity or fall outside our services.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit unlawful content via forms. Intellectual property in site text and design remains with House of Mellow Osprey unless otherwise noted.

To the extent permitted by law applicable in Israel, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from site use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited under local law.

Cancellations and refunds follow the policy stated at booking or on receipts. Physical goods such as books, plants, soap, or garments follow separate care and return notes given at sale.
